Complete Preservation are the only UK Company to offer completely in house quantitative gravimetric moisture analysis, leak detection, CCTV drain surveys, ground penetrating radar surveys, as part of eliminating all causes of damp, as per guidance in the British Standard (BS 6576).

We have been involved in surveying some of the most complex building defects, and because we have heavily invested in our diagnostic equipment we have been able to solve every issue first time.  Our diagnostic equipment is worth thousands, from the Flir T600 thermal imaging camera, Observator Diff anemometer, real time data logging equipment, aerial cameras, leak detection equipment, high definition CCTV drain cameras, pipe trace with sonde, various meters, air quality equipment, without this equipment we wouldn’t be able to give our clients the correct diagnosis they need.

We also have our own laboratory to carry out our damp analysis so we can offer the complete damp diagnosis, we’re 1 of around 7  to offer this service in the UK. We can carry out gravimetric testing – oven-drying to BRE Digest 245 for understanding the exact capillary moisture content, and the hygroscopic moisture content, we also offer hygroscopic salt testing and analysis to establish the contamination of plaster. The methodology in BRE Digest 245 is the only quantitative way to test for rising damp.

Our professional survey reports contain a comprehensive assessment of any problems with the building, and will include pictures, cad drawings where necessary for detailed repairs as needed. We only have one surveyor and that is Ross Charters, so you can be assured that you will have our expert solving any problems that you have.
